Assigned properties, tasks, inspections, and progress uploads.
Contractor
Only the properties assigned to them. Their tasks, their documents, their uploads. Nothing else.
Client
Their own transaction only. No internal budgets, no other properties.
Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security, not by hiding buttons in the interface. A contractor querying the database directly still sees only the properties assigned to them.
